Beau Rivage


Beau Rivage Subdivision is an established beautifully wooded subdivision of 232 homes in Mandeville, LA.  Conveniently located to schools, shopping and recreation.  Being only 2 miles from the foot of the Causeway Bridge makes Beau Rivage ideal for those who commute.  

First subdivided in 1974 the subdivision was built out in two main phases with homes being built from its establishment into the mid 1990s.  Homes within the community average approximately 2500 sq ft. with an average sales price in 2019 of $341,100.

Situated within an award winning school district Beau Rivage is less than half a mile from Pontchartrain Elementary and Tchefuncte Middle Schools.  Mandeville High School is less than a mile away.  Additionally Cedarwood Private School is only blocks away.

Recreation activities abound.  Franco's Athletic Club, Fairview Riverside State Park, The Tchefuncte River, Lake Pontchartrain, the Mandeville Lakefront, Mandeville Trail Head, St Tammany Trace, Fontainebleau State Park and Pelican Park all lie within just a few miles of the Subdivision.



The Beau Rivage Homeowners Association provides maintenance to the subdivisions entrance, signage and Lou's Lot.  They also provide activities for the community including the annual Santa Parade, Easter Egg Hunt and Garage sale.  Participation by homeowners in the Beau Rivage Homeowners is voluntary and a very reasonable $50 per year all of which is put back into the community.
